Despite the fact that these are all baozhong teas, they are very different. The competition style had a very light floral and smokey flavor. The farmer's choice was a lot stronger, with apricot and spinach notes as well as a hint of smokiness. The aged tea really packed a punch; honestly, I'm kind of at a loss to describe this one's flavor, though I will say it was my favorite of the three. Overall, these teas were as delicious as they were interesting.
